基于高校竞争力评价的知识产权保护研究
Research on the Protection of Intellectual Property Right Based on the Evaluation of University Competitive Power
【摘要】 从高校竞争力和高校知识产权出发,论述了二者之间的关系,并从高校竞争力评价的角度,分析了高校知识产权保护和管理中的问题,提出了相应的对策。
【Abstract】 The paper discusses the relations between the competitive power and the intellectual property right of colleges and universities,analyzes the problems in the protection and management of intellectual property right in colleges and universities from the viewpoint of the university competitivepower evaluation,and brings forward some corresponding strategies.
