【Abstract】 This article reports on the influence of enzyme inhibition reaction sequence on the longest wavelength, comparing the mutual influence of different enzyme solution concentrations on different reaction sequences, and also comparing the time to reaction equilibrium and initial versus final mixture color changes of two enzyme concentrations (5 and 10%). The effect of different amounts of reaction termination reagent on two enzyme concentrations under identical reaction sequences was also investigated. Finally, the optimum reaction sequence was determined, along with the shortest reaction equilibrium time and the most appropriate rate of reaction termination reagent.更多还原
