流动注射荧光法测定甲硝唑
Determination of Metronidazole by flow injection fluorimetric
【摘要】 采用铁-冰醋酸还原体系,将甲硝唑还原后,在激发波长354 nm,发射波长426 nm处测定其荧光强度,据此建立了甲硝唑的荧光分析法。实验表明,甲硝唑浓度在1.0×10-6mol/L~5.0×10-4mol/L范围内与其荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.05%,检出限为1.75×10-7mol/L。本法已用于甲硝唑片剂和甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中甲硝唑含量的测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A fast and simple method for the determination of Metronidazole by fluorescence is described based on its(emission) intensity at 426nm in water medium when excited at 354nm.The linear calibration graph is 1.0×10-6~(5.0×10-4) mol/L.The relative standard deviation is 1.05%.The detection limit is 1.75×10-7mol/L.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of Metronidazole in tablets and injection with satisfactory results.
