【Abstract】 Based on the main parameters of influencing on plastic packaging film heat-seal intensity and quality, through experiment, various parameters influencing on heat-seal intensity were analyzed, optimum heat-seal parameters were defined and heat-seal intensity mathematical models were established. Through the simulation calculation interface of heat-seal intensity and the optimized simulation interface of the heat-seal parameters, heat-seal parameters and intensity were optimized. It provided reference for determination of heat-sealer design and heat-seal parameters in packaging machine.更多还原
