汽油车三效催化转化器反应流的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Reacting Flow in Automobile Three-Way Catalytic Converter
【摘要】 建立了三效催化转化器载体单个孔道内的二维流场模型,并且加入了详细化学反应机理,该机理考虑了8种气体组分和23种表面物质,共有61个基元反应。用计算流体力学软件对反应流进行了数值模拟,得到转化率随温度的变化情况,与试验值吻合良好。并且对模拟得到的气体组分的质量分数分布图进行了分析,得到了流场与催化剂表面化学性质之间的关系,对如何提高三效催化转化器转化率具有重要的参考价值。
【Abstract】 A two-dimensional flow-field model including a detailed chemical reaction mechanism for a single channel in three-way catalytic converter is established.The model consists of 61 elementary reactions among 8 gas species and 23 surface species.The computational fluid dynamics software is used to simulate the reacting flow and the conversion rates as a function of temperature are obtained.Good agreement between simulation and experiments is achieved.In addition,the interactions between the flow field and the catalytic surface chemical properties are obtained by analyzing the simulated mass fraction profiles of the gas species,and this provides an important reference to the improvement of conversion rates of the TWC.
