【摘要】 采用工控PC机和开发的驱动电路实现了基于PC机的高压共轨控制系统硬件;控制软件采用VxD技术在Window系统下使用高级语言编程实现。该系统可以进行共轨系统的实时控制,软件操作人性化,响应迅速;油泵试验台试验证明:该控制系统通过PID控制算法可以有效地控制油轨压力,并且有足够的供油能力,可以满足试验柴油机的油量需要。

【Abstract】 The hardware of high-pressure common-rail-injection control system was composed of an in- dustrial computer and the developed driver circuit.The control software was programmed with the advanced program language and VxD technology under the Windows operation system,which could control the com- mon-rail-injection system in real time and was in humanization for the user.The experimental results show that this control system can effectively control the common rail pressure by PID method.Compared with the fuel consumption of the tested diesel engine,the fuel supply ability of this common rail injection system meets the requirements.
