发动机曲轴系统动力学数值模拟研究
Study of Transient Dynamic Numerical Simulation of Cranktrain
【摘要】 通过研究曲轴系多体动力学,不仅可以预测曲轴系的振动、强度、疲劳及润滑特性等,还为研究发动机表面振动特性,并进而为预测发动机结构声特性提供了重要激励。本文采用子结构有限元模型,在考虑流体动力润滑的基础上,建立曲轴系统多体动力学数值分析模型。完成了某型发动机曲轴系统动力学的模拟计算,根据计算结果对曲轴强度和润滑特性进行了分析。结果表明:这种方法可用于曲轴系的设计和改进。
【Abstract】 By the research of multibody dynamics of the cranktrain,not only the strength,fatigue and lubrication properties can be predicted,but also the structuralborne noise of the engine can be predicted with the vibration property of the engine surface.The study of the cranktrain dynamics is the integrated multidiscipline field.In the paper,the numerical model of the cranktrain has been established with the substructural finite element method and the hydrodynamics lubrication theory.The dynamic simulation of some cranktrain has been done.The intensity and lubricant property of the cranktrain has been analyzed according to the results.The results show that this method can be used to design and improved the cranktrains.
