【Abstract】 The native inhabitants of Taiwan were far behind prior to the development of the island. Large numbers of "Han" people immigrated into Taiwan during Ming, Qing dynasty, particularly during Qing dynasty, contributing to Taiwan’s economic development. The immigration brings in Han people’s advanced catering culture, changes the original inhabitants’ primitive catering habits and hence great changes have taken place in Taiwan’s catering culture.更多还原
