【Abstract】 Chitosan is a natural polymer that has rich resources and wide ranging uses.It has been widely used in the fields of chemical industry,food,agriculture,environmental protection,medicine,since the molecular weight of chitosan has great impact on its properities.the properties of chitosan in different molecular weight has great difference..Premise of its application is degradating the chitosan to the required molecular weight.but the mainly used method is chemical degradation,the existing problems were the low efficiency of degradation,the high cost of the products,the great environmental pollution,et al.In this article the practical applications of chitosan oligomer are summarized,research progress of physical degradation is particularly introduced.更多还原
