物料传送摇摆式输送机传动装置部件优化设计
Optimization Design of Transmission Device Component Based on Materials Transmission Rocking Carriers
【摘要】 针对物料传送摇摆式输送机传动装置关键部件,以减小整个传动装置的体积质量为优化目标,建立了模糊可靠性优化的数学模型。结合传统优化方法,运用大型工程计算软件MATLAB遗传工具箱GAOT,对其齿轮机构进行了优化设计,提高了输送机传动装置的设计水平,验证了遗传算法在优化设计计算中的可行性和优越性,为遗传算法成功应用于机械设计领域做出了有益的探讨。
【Abstract】 In this paper, aimed at transmission device components of materials transmission rocking carriers, and optimization goals for reducing the size and weight of the entire transmission device, a fuzzy reliablity optimal mathematical model is built. Combined with the traditional optimization method, using genetic toolbox GAOT in the large scaled engineering computation software MATLAB, the paper has a design optimization of gear mechanism and improves transmission device components of carriers. It was shown that the genetic alnorithm has better feasibility and superiority in the optimization design and successful application of genetic algorithm to mechanical design field makes useful discussions.
