La对UV-B胁迫下大豆幼苗类黄酮含量影响:Ⅰ对类黄酮总量影响
Effect of Lanthanum on the Content of Flavonoids in Soybean Seedling Under Ultraviolet-B Stress:Ⅰ Effect of Lanthanum on Total Flavonoids
【摘要】 采用水培试验方法研究了La对紫外辐射(UV-B:0.15、0.45W·cm-2)胁迫下大豆(Clycinemax)幼苗类黄酮、叶绿素含量及苯丙氨酸转氨酶(PAL)活性的影响。结果表明:20mg·L-1La能明显提高大豆幼苗的类黄酮与叶绿素含量及PAL活性;UV-B处理虽使大豆幼苗类黄酮含量及PAL活性增加,但增幅小于前者,且叶绿素含量降低;La+UV-B处理组类黄酮含量与PAL活性变化同UV-B处理组近似,唯增幅大于(叶绿素降幅小于)后者。表明La具有提高大豆幼苗类黄酮、叶绿素含量与PAL活性,缓解UV-B辐射伤害的作用。
【Abstract】 Using hydroponic culture, the effects lanthanum on the contents of flavonoids and chlorophyll and the phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) activity of soybean (Glycine max) seedling under elevated ultraviolet-B radiation (UV-B, 280~320 nm) were investigated. The results showed that the contents of flavonoids and chlorophyll, PAL activity of soybean seedling obviously increased with lanthanum treatment at 20 mg·L-1. Though a significant increase of the content of flavonoids and the PAL activity was found in the UV-B treatment, the increment was less than that of the lanthanum treatment, and the content of chlorophyll decreased. A similar change of flavonoids contents and PAL activity in soybean seedlings occurred both in the lanthanum +UV-B treatment and in UV-B treatment, but except the chlorophyll, the increment was more than that in UV-B treatment. It was suggested that lanthanum could increase the contents of flavonoids and chlorophyll, the PAL activity in soybean seedlings and alleviate the damage of the UV-B radiation on soybean seedlings.
