【摘要】 目的研究血清瘦素水平与脑血管病的关系及其对护理健康宣教的启示。方法选取脑血管病患者92例,其中急性脑梗死30例,急性脑出血31例,脑梗死后遗症31例,另外选取健康对照组30例,采用放射免疫分析法分别测定各组的血清瘦素和血脂水平,进行统计学分析。结果急性脑梗死、急性脑出血、脑梗死后遗症患者血清瘦素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),3组脑血管病患者胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白均高于对照组,P<0.01,3组高密度脂蛋白则低于对照组,P<0.01。急性脑梗死、急性脑出血的血清瘦素水平与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.31,r=-0.39,P<0.01)。结论血清瘦素水平在急性脑血管病中起重要作用,是急性脑血管病的危险因素之一,并与高脂血症密切相关,应通过健康宣教进行积极干预,有效防治急性脑血管病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin and cerebrovasuclar diseases and its influence on nursing health education.Methods The serum leptin and blood lipid were measured in 92 patients with cerebrovasuclar disease,which included 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction,31 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and 31 patients with seguael of cerebral infarction and 30 controls.All results were analyzed statistically.Results The serum leptin level in acute cerebral infarction patients,acute cerebral hemorrhage patients and sequela cerebral infarction patients were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The cholesterol level and low density lipoprotein level in patients of 3 groups were all significantly higher than those that of the control group(P<0.01),but high density lipoprotein level in patients of 3 groups were all significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The serum leptin lever in acute cerebral infarction patients and in acute ccerebral hemorrhage patients were negatively associated with high density lipoprotein(r=-0.31,r=-0.39,P<0.01).Conclusion The serum leptin level plays an important role in acute cerebrovascular diseases,which is one of the dangerous factors and has a close relationship with HDL diseases.It is necessary to perform health education intervention so as to prevent cerebrovascular diseases effectively.更多还原
