【摘要】 目的改进供应室质量,推进达标进程。方法供应室内部由几个护士自愿组成一个“圈,”定期举行会议和活动,主动提出、讨论并尝试解决与改善影响工作成效的各种问题。结果实施6个月后,工作质量、服务质量和顾客满意率与实施前比较,经2χ检验,均有显著性差异,P<0.05或<0.001。结论品质圈提高护士的整体素质,完善管理与监控工作,提升服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the quality of supply room persistently and advance the course of attaining goals.Methods The quality circle composed of volunteers from nurses of supply room formed a "nursing circle".Through meeting and activities,they put forward problems which were related to working efficiency,discussed them and tried to solve them.Results There was significant differences in working quality,service quality and customs’ satisfactory rate toward disinfection supply service between before and 6 months after implementation of quality circle(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Quality circle can improve nurses’ holistic quality,perfect management and monitoring and improve the service quality.更多还原
