【Abstract】 The final purpose of countryside human resource development is to increase the income of farmers.We should adjust measures to local conditions and emphasize particularly practice,while exerting pattern of participataion to improve the particiption enthusiasm of country labor force. The government can enhance the efficiency of countryside human resource development by the innovation of educational system and the guarantee of health care service.At the same time,it will be an important approach to improve efficiency that NGO’s participate to countryside human resource development.更多还原
