【Abstract】 After more than 20 years of development,Home Solar Power System(HSPS) is proved to be one of the best ways to solve the lack-of-electricity problem in China’s vast and remote rural west,and has already laid a market-based foundation.By the comparation of the actual effects under present condition,the HSPS is superior to the public photovoltaic power stations set up domestically.This viewpoint might be taken into consideration for making future energy policy.The authors hope that HSPS gains continuous and steady policy support to achieve market maturity,and put forward seven suggestions to the project of " sending electricity to the villages".更多还原
