【摘要】 介绍了膜分离技术的原理、特点和发展,以及膜分离技术在农产品加工业中的应用情况,展望了膜分离技术在我国农产品加工业中的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the principals,characters and the development of membrane technology were introduced.Reviewed its application in the process of the produce and pointed out the prospect of membrane technology.
