利用抗自身代谢物特性进行小诺霉素高产菌种选育

【摘要】 经过紫外诱变处理小诺霉素产生菌,利用菌株抗自身代谢物特征,在添加3 000 u.mL-1小诺霉素的分离培养基上选育获得小诺霉素生产突变株201-9#-76,其摇瓶发酵单位比出发菌株提高了34.39%,小诺霉素的组分比由出发菌株的C2b∶C1 a=5∶5提高到C2b∶C1 a=7∶3.

【Abstract】 A micromonospora purpura mutant 201-9#-76 which was resistant to its metabolic material was filtrated out on the isolation medium plus 3 000 u·mL-1 Micronomicin after UV treatment,and it could produce higher potency of Micronomicin than the parent strain.The productivity of high-yield selected strain was 32.18% higher than the original strain in the rotation-flask experiments,and the ratio between C2b and C1a in the Micronomicin has been increased from 5∶5 to 7∶3.
