κ-卡拉胶与魔芋粉混合载体固定酵母细胞生物合成谷胱甘肽
Glutathione Biosynthesis by the Immobilized Yeast Cell with κ-Carrgeenin-Konjac Flour
【摘要】 提出了κ-卡拉胶与魔芋粉混合载体固定化微生物细胞的技术,确立了较好的凝胶条件.并利用该混合载体固定酵母细胞进行生物合成谷胱甘肽的研究.实验结果表明:反应液pH值7.0,反应温度37℃,反应时间6 h,磷酸盐缓冲液0.1%的条件下,固定化细胞具有较高的GSH合成酶活力.
【Abstract】 A new method for immobilizing microbial cells with κ-carrgeenin-konjac flour was presented and the better gelation conditions were obtained.The study on glutathione biosynthesis by the immobilized yeast cell with κcarrgeenin-konjac flour was done.The results showed that the better immobilization conditions were as follows: reactive solution pH 7.0,reactive temperature 37 ℃,reactive time 6 h,potassium phosphate buffer 0.1%.
