【Abstract】 This article analyses four problems existing in the modern enterprise system of the state-owned mining enterprises.In order to solve these problems,the author,proposes that the modern enterprise system entails to emancipate the mind,overcome the disadvantages,transform the functions,strengthen the management of legalpersons,and achieve multi-stock rights,which are the efficient approaches to build up and perfect modern enterprise system of the state-owned mining enterprises.更多还原
