基于SolidWorks和UG实现产品设计与加工的一体化

【摘要】 用SolidWorks软件完成产品三维设计,然后将零件导入到UG中,利用UG的CAM功能对产品零件进行加工仿真并输出CNC加工程序,实现产品设计与加工一体化,从而缩短机械产品的开发周期,提高企业的竞争力。

【Abstract】 Discusses how to complete the CAD and CAM together by using SolidWorks and UG.The product is designed by the SolidWorks,and then is imported into UG.Uses the CAM function of UG software simulating machining and exports CNC program file.Accomplish product from design to machining integrative.It will shorten product exploitation cycle and enhance corporation competition.
