【摘要】 文章通过测试产于我国的2种马尾毛(花马尾和黑马尾)的性能,研究了马尾毛的基本物理机械性能,如长度、细度、强度;同时介绍了马尾毛包芯纱的生产工艺,以马尾毛包芯纱为纬纱的马尾衬的生产加工工艺、后整理工艺和生产的关键工艺点。通过对马尾衬性能的测试研究,以及与其它衬布的性能进行比较,分析了马尾衬在服装用衬布上的特点,为开发具有良好服用性能的衬布提供了理论依据,可供生产企业参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies two kinds of the horse-hair made in China,black horse-hair and spot horse-hair.It studies the physical and mechanical properties of horse-hair,such as length,fineness strength.Meanwhile,it introduces the process of the core-spun horse-hair yarn,the horse-hair interlining which weft is the core-spun horse-hair yarn,the finishing and the key processes.Through test the properties of horse-hair interlining,it studies the characters of horse-hair interlining in clothing linings.The result can be useful for development of the best interlining and be helpful for factories.更多还原
