【摘要】 文章分析了紧密纺成纱原理及其管纱、筒子纱毛羽,结果表明紧密纺纱的毛羽总数在管纱时比传统环锭纱大有改善,但经络筒后,紧密纺纱毛羽的增长率却比传统环锭纱大;同时对紧密纺纱中纤维转移的分析表明,凝聚式紧密纺中,纤维先发生上下分层转移,然后再发生内外转移,从而形成了与传统环锭纱不同的纤维径向分布规律和不同的纱线结构,它们对原料和加工工艺的要求各有特点;另外通过对紧密纺投资与效益的分析,指出了投资风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analyzing the principle of compact spinning,bobbin yarn and the fibers on yarn package,it’s found that the total free fibers in compact spinning will be decreased much more than that in traditional ring spinning.In the other side,after through winding,the growth rate of free fibers in compact spinning is higher than that in traditional ring spinning.According to the analysis of the free fibers,transferring,it indicates that there are two transfers in gather compact spinning,first from up to down,then from inside to outside, which forms the different structure and radial distribution law.That will affect the raw material and the machining technology.This paper also points out the investment venture according to the analysis of the profits on the compact spinning.更多还原
