【摘要】 介绍了大豆纤维的结构和性能,并用大豆纤维与羊毛、涤纶纤维混纺设计开发了大豆纤维混纺衬衫花呢———蛋白云丝呢。探讨了条染、纺纱、织造、后整理等生产工艺流程和工艺参数,并有针对性地探讨了大豆蛋白纤维在条染工艺中的染色牢度、纺纱工艺中纤维抱合力差,容易粘附机件,静电现象比较突出等问题的解决方法。后整理工艺中着重改善大豆蛋白纤维产品弹性抗皱性不足的问题。经测试成品的物理性能和染色牢度,其断裂强力、缩水性以及染色牢度的各项指标均可达到或优于一般的全毛或毛混纺产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article briefly introduces the structure and properties of soybean protein fibre mixed with wool and polyester.A mixed fabric named ’protein-cloudy’was developed using soybean fibre.The technology of spinning,weaving,finishing process were explored.The physical and dyeing properties were tested.The properties can reach ordinary wool fabrics.更多还原
