热处理对大豆蛋白纱线性能的影响
Influence of Heat Treatment on Soybean Protein Yarn Property
【摘要】 为了解大豆蛋白纤维的热稳定性,采用多种热处理方法对大豆蛋白纤维纱线进行了处理试验。研究了大豆蛋白纤维纱线在松弛状态和张紧状态下,经过高温饱和蒸汽蒸纱、煮纱处理以及干热空气处理对纱线强伸性能和颜色的影响。结果表明:不同的热处理方法对大豆蛋白纤维纱线的强伸性、热收缩率、泛黄程度等指标均有不同的影响,因此,对大豆蛋白织物进行加工时,应选择适宜的加工方式和加工温度。
【Abstract】 Treatment test of soybean protein yarn was done by adopting several heat treatment methods to realize the thermal stability of soybean protein fiber.In the condition of relaxation and tension,the yarn was treated by high saturation steam steaming,boiling treatment and dry heat air treatment,the influence on yarn strength & elongation and yarn color was researched.The result shows that different heat treatment method has different influence on yarn strength & elongation,heat shrinkage rate,yellowing degree and other indexes,suitable working method and working temperature should be chosen in the production of soybean protein fabric.
