浅析现代纺纱生产质量控制技术
Trial Analyses of Quality Control Technology of Modern Spinning Production
【摘要】 介绍了现代纺纱生产的质量控制技术。指出,为适应中高档纱线的品质要求,应运用单锭控制、在线检测、预警预控等先进的控制手段控制纺纱质量,并采用Uster AFIS仪、Uster Test4条干仪、Uster Tensojet快速强力仪等先进的检测仪器控制原棉棉结与短绒、成纱条干、成纱弱环。应用UQC型电子清纱器,对纱线质量信息进行监测并作出质量报警,应用SAVIO Orion型络筒机实现生产控制和质量控制。
【Abstract】 Quality control technology of modern spinning production was introduced. To satisfy the quality demands of medium grade yarn and high grade yarn, advanced technology of single spindle control, online control, preliminary alarm & preliminary control and so on were adopted to control yarn quality, advanced testers of Uster AFIS tester, Uster Test4 evenness tester, Uster Tensojet quick strength tester and so on were adopted to control neps & short fibers of raw cotton, yarn evenness and yarn weak-link. UQC electronic clearer was applied to monitor yarn quality and alarm quality information, Savio Orion cone winding machine was applied to realize production control and quality control.
