广州新电视塔钢结构热喷涂防腐蚀方案探讨

【摘要】 针对广州新电视塔钢结构的表面防护要求,通过对比分析国内外现有钢结构长效防腐涂层技术,重点阐述了热喷涂技术的原理和防腐蚀机理,将热喷涂技术与其他涂层技术进行了全面的分析和比较,最后为新电视塔钢结构的不同部位提供了推荐涂装方案。

【Abstract】 According to the corrosion protection requirement of Guangzhou new broadcast tower,several coating technologies for protection of steel structure are discussed.Technical pirincple and corrosion protection mechanism of thermal spray technology are stressed.The advantages of thermal spray are analyzed and contrasted with other coating technologies.A coatings system for steel structure of Guangzhou new broadcast tower is recommended.
