硫化物沉淀法从氧化镍矿酸浸液中富集有价金属
Enriching Ni、Cu、Co from Acid-leaching Solution of NiO Ore with Sulfide Precipitation Process
【摘要】 用硫化钠做沉淀剂,常温常压下,从氧化镍矿的酸浸液中沉淀富集Ni、Cu、Co,试验了影响回收率及富集效果的诸多因素,如沉淀剂加入量、沉淀温度、沉淀的酸度。在合适条件下Ni、Cu、Co回收率均大于99%,富集效果明显。在此基础上,进行扩大量试验,得到相近结果,并用选择比定量表征了Ni、Cu、Co相对于Fe、Al、Mg、Mn、Pb、Zn等金属的富集效果。
【Abstract】 The conditions of effecting the enrichment-results for Ni、Cu、Co from the acid-leaching solution using Na2S as the precipitant are investigated. The factors include dosages of precipitant,temperature,acidity and so on.It indicated that recovery of Ni,Cu,Co could exceed 99% in suitable condition.Then the large scale tests were carried out with above method,and the result was similar.Selectivity-radio was put forward to verify quantificationally the quality of precipitation.
