【摘要】 目的评估食管癌切除术中卢戈氏液染色判断食管切缘有否残留癌的临床意义。方法食管癌切除术中,用卢戈氏液染色,观察切除食管切缘粘膜之染色结果,对比病理检查之结果;并结合文献资料,进行分析。结果18例中,2例食管切缘粘膜卢戈氏液染色阴性,病理检查食管切缘癌浸润1例,食管切缘部分上皮高度不典型增生1例;16例食管切缘粘膜卢戈氏液染色阳性,病理检查食管切缘均未见癌。结论食管切缘卢戈氏液染色判断有否残留癌,其方法简便直观,快速实用,且准确率较高,可作为食管癌切除术中一种常规的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical meaning of Lugol’s coloration to judge the rudimental cancer whether exists or not in the cut edge of esophagus.Methods Using Lugol’s coloration to observe the cut edge of esophagus in the resection of esophagus carcinoma,compared with pathologic results and literature data.Results Two of 18 cases were negative in Lugol’s coloration,in which pathologic check was cut edge cancer of esophagus in 1 case,the other case was high-not representative hyperplasia.Sixteen cases were positive in Lugol’s coloration,in which pathologic check were not cancer.Conclusion It is a fine way to judge whether existed rudimental,and it can become a routine check way in the resection of esophagus carcinoma.更多还原
