【摘要】 目的探讨孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察。方法A组(30例)患者给予妇宁片40mg/d,B组(31例)患者给予孕三烯酮2.5mg,每周两次,疗程共6个月,观察治疗前后症状、体征、病灶大小及副反应。结果A组总主观症状评分于治疗3个月及6个月下降61%及84%,B组下降37%,90%(P<0.05),A组病灶分别于3个月,6个月缩小了37%,41%,B组分别缩小了46%,54%(P<0.05)孕三烯酮的不良反应小。结论孕三烯酮和妇宁片能有效治疗子宫内膜异位症,但孕三烯酮疗效更确切,不良反应小,使用方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy and safety of gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods Sixty-one women with endometriosis were randomized into two groups,group A(n=30) were treated with metroxy progesterone(40mg.qd.po) and group B(n=31) were treated with gestrinone(2.5mg.2/W.po)for 6 months.Results Total subjective symptom scores of group A decreased 61% and 84% at 3months and 6months respectively,of group B,decreased 37% and 90% in total respectively.According to reductions in endometrotic foci,the results of group B(46% at 3months,54% at 6 months)were significantly higher than group A(37% and 41% respectively)(P<0.05).The side effects of group A were severer than group B.Conclusion Gestrinone is more effective and convenience in treatment of endometriosis.更多还原
