【摘要】 目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定手术术前的一般特征与术后并发症的相关性。方法采取回顾性总结的方法,总结2000~2004年用内固定手术治疗的共94例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,对86例出现手术后并发症的患者进行了相关性分析。结果94例患者中86例出现术后并发症,并发症种类包括四类:深静脉血栓;肺部感染;褥疮;精神症状。结论老年粗隆间骨折患者术前合并心血管系统、呼吸系统、内分泌系统、泌尿及神经系统等脏器疾病,高龄、贫血、伤前生活自理能力差等都将增加手术后并发症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between preoperative characteristics and postoperative complications in intertrochanteric fractures of elderly patients in order to obtain a better outcome.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out in 94 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures,who had been operated by internal fixation from 2000 to 2004.Eighty-six cases who had postoperative complications were carried out by correlation analysis between the preoperative characteristics and postoperative complications.Results There were 4 kinds of the postoperative complications in 86 cases: deep vein thrombosis,pulmonary infection,bedsore and psychiatric symptom.Conclusion Many factors such as old,anaemia,low ability of living arrangement and combination other diseases can result in a high incidence of postoperative complications in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.更多还原
