【摘要】 目的研究PTEN和P27在甲状腺癌中的表达,探讨其与甲状腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法用免疫组化的方法检测PTEN和P27在不同甲状腺组织中的表达,并对结果作统计学分析。结果甲状腺癌与正常甲状腺组织和甲状腺腺瘤比较,PTEN和P27的阳性表达率明显降低。PTEN表达与甲状腺癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关,PTEN和P27的表达呈正相关。结论抑癌基因PTEN与P27表达的降低在甲状腺癌的发生和转移过程中起到重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the explore of PTEN and P27 in thyroid cancers,and to understand the relationship between its expression and biological behavior.Methods It was used S-P immunohistochemical technique to study the expression of PTEN and P27 in thyroid cancers,and the data were analyzed by methods of statistics.Results The expression of PTEN and P27 in thyroid cancers was lower than that in normal thyroid organise and thyroid adenoma.The low PTEN expression level in thyroid cancers was significantly associated with TNM stage,high incidence of lymph node metastasis.And positive correlation was observed between the expression of PTEN and P27.Conclusion The low expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN and P27 may play a role in the development and matastasis of thyroid cancers.更多还原
