【Abstract】 The situation that the globalization of the multi-national companies’ production and operation has been further strengthened after China’s entering into WTO.Aiming at adapting to the new situation,the paper explores the characteristics of China’s processing trade development and its existing issues by using data-statistics analysis method,such as low increment,large share of labor-intensive products,trade conflict and so on,indicating the characteristics of the development process of China s processing development and its related problems.The author also provides the strategy transfer of processing trade development,technology innovation and bettering the processing trade structure in order to promote the healthy development of processing trade of China.更多还原
