敏感指示菌用于农药残留检测初探
Primary study on detecting residues of fungicides in food products with sensitive microorganisms as indicators
【摘要】 本研究测定了酵母菌株A、B、C及苹果腐烂病菌(Valsa mali)对硫酸铜(铜离子)、多菌灵和代森锰锌的敏感性。结果表明:酵母菌株A、B、C对代森锰锌均较敏感,EC50分别是0.13mg/L、0.06mg/L和0.06mg/L,远低于GB16333-1996中规定的水果蔬菜中35mg/kg的最大残留限量;苹果腐烂病菌对多菌灵具有较高的敏感性,EC50为0.0225mg/L,远低于GB14870-94中规定的最大残留限量0.5mg/kg;酵母菌株A、C及苹果腐烂病对Cu\+\{2+\}敏感,其EC50均小于我国食品卫生标准中规定的水果蔬菜中最大残留限量10mg/kg。这些结果表明,应用敏感菌系检测农产品中农药残留是否超标是可行的。
【Abstract】 Sensitivities of yeast isolates A,B,C,isolated from edible yeast,and Valsa mali to fungicides copper sulphate,carbendazim and mancozeb were tested using the method that mixed fungicides into cultural medium.Re- sults showed that yeast isolates A,B and C were sensitive to mancozeb.EC50 of the three isolates to mancozeb were 0.13,0.06 and 0.06mg/L respectively,which were far lower than 35mg/kg,the bulletin of GB16333-1996 al- lowed Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) of mancozeb in vegetable and fruit.Valsa mali was sensitive to carbendazim and EC50 was 0.0225mg/L,which was lower than 0.5mg/kg,the bulletin of GB14870-94 allowed MRL of car- bendazim in food produces.Yeast isolates A,C and Valsa mali were sensitive to Cu2+ and EC50 were less than 10mg/kg,the national allowed MRL of Cu2+ in food produces.These results indicated that the methods to detected the whether the residues of fungicides exceed the MRL in food products with sensitive microorganisms as indicators was possible.
