略论社区图书馆的构建与发展

【摘要】 试图通过对社区图书馆构建的必要性进行分析,进一步论述了构建社区图书馆所具备的条件,并对社区图书馆今后的发展提出一些看法。

【Abstract】 This paper has analyzed the necessity of constructing community libraries, expounded the conditions needed in constructing community libraries, and put forward opinions on the future development of community libraries.
