【Abstract】 A harmonious school culture guarantees schools’ stepping into the fast lane of the development of high quality and high efficiency.However,to promote a harmonious school culture,an identity education should be erected as base and impetus.A case to the point of identity education investigated provides several new perspectives including: construction of school spiritual culture leads to more satisfaction to the school;promotion of a democratic culture of mutual respect guarantees harmonious relationship between teachers and students;enrichment of forms and content of school culture activities promotes studying atmosphere positively;mediation rather than suppress as an attitude to the problem of idol worship proves multi-culture leading to an able person;love culture to help others voluntarily harmonizes interpersonal relationships.更多还原
