【摘要】 目的:观察大剂量免疫球蛋白静滴联合糖皮质激素治疗中毒性表皮坏死松解症的临床疗效。方法:对比近年采用大剂量免疫球蛋白静滴为主治疗的10例(治疗组)与常规方法治疗的15例(对照组),分析起效时间及其总有效率。结果:治疗组起效快,平均缓解时间1-2天,明显少于对照组。治疗3天后,治疗组总有效率也显著高于对照组(2=6.25,P<0.05)。结论:大剂量免疫球蛋白静滴治疗中毒性表皮坏死松解症起效快,疗效可靠,是值得推广的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of intravenous immunoglobulin combining with corticosteroid in treatment of patients with toxic epidermal necrolysis.(Methods:)10 cases with intravenous immunoglobulin therapy in last years were compareded to 15 cases with corticosteroid,and the releasing time of the disease and the general effectiveness was analyzed.Results: The study group is obviously faster than the control in the releasing time of the disease.Average relieving time of the disease were 1-2 days.Aggregate efficacy of the study group is obviously better than that of the control group(X~2=6.25,P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous immunoglobulin is an ideal method with the characteristics of fast effect,high efficacy in treatment of patients with toxic epidermal necrolysis.更多还原
