【摘要】 目的:探讨复方蒲黄注射液对剖宫产后出血的干预应用。方法:将符合选择标准的100例产妇,分成实验组与对照组,实验组于胎儿娩出后肌注射复方蒲黄注射液1安瓿(2mL),对照组同法注射缩宫素1安瓿(10单位),观察两组剖宫产后出血量及其相关指标,并进行对比分析。结果:两组各项观察指标,经统计学检验,无显著性差异。复方蒲黄注射液和缩宫素疗效持平,有效率均达到96%。结论:应用复方蒲黄注射液,可以预防和减少剖宫产后出血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of compositive Puhuang Injection in the patients with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods:100 cases after delivery were divided into study group and control group, injected respectively in corpus uteri with 1 Amp(2mL)compositive Puhuang Injection and 1 Amp(10U) Oxytocine. The amount of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section and correlated indications in the cases of the two groups were observed and comparative analyzed.Results:The results reveal no significant difference in statistics. The curative effects of the two group were almost equal,the utility rates were both up to 96 percent.Conclusions:Treatment with compositive Puhuang Injection in the interferece of postpartum hemorrhage can prevent from hemorrhage of cesarean section and reduce the hemorrhage amoumt.更多还原
