河南省高等院校体育院系教师群体素质研究

【摘要】 采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对河南省20所高等院校中有代表性的9所体育院系教师的群体素质进行调查研究。结果显示:河南省高等院校体育院系教师的年龄结构、学历结构和性别结构不太合理;职称结构和学缘结构基本合理。

【Abstract】 The authors analyzed the group diathesis of teachers working in the 20 P.E. institutes or departments in Henan province through consulted documents and questionnaire. The result shows that the structure of age, educational level and gender is not very sound; the structure of the technical post title and the resource of teachers are certain reasonable.
