【摘要】 目前,中国吸引境外直接投资(FDI)达到历史的高峰,但外资在中国经济的角色和作用却引起了质疑。通过对FDI经济效应的分析,可以看到FDI在中国经济的发展中有积极作用和消极影响,因此,业内人士应合理引进和利用外资。

【Abstract】 At present,China attracting Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)reaches the top of history,but the role and effect of foreign investment in China’s economy arises the query.By analyzing the economic effect of FDI,puts forward the active and negative effects of FDI.So,should introduce and utillize FDI reasonably.
