【Abstract】 It is extremely essential to determine Pinus thunbergii favorite cultivated regions and the cold resistance.The electrolyte leakage,MDA content and praline activities of POD of leaves and branches treated with low temperatures over winter were measured.The results showed that the critical value of low temperatures in the dormancy metaphase was-25℃,and in the dormancy prophase and telophase was-20℃.更多还原
