【摘要】 目的:探讨儿童弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的诱因、实验室检查、诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析1991～2005年共15年来住院诊断本病患儿62例的临床资料。结果:在积极治疗原发病、肝素抗凝等综合治疗下,除9例放弃治疗外,53例坚持治疗,治愈37例(69.8%),死亡16例(30.2%)。结论:结合临床表现、实验室检查做到早期诊断,以肝素抗凝为主的综合治疗,有助于提高DIC治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the inducement, laboratory examinations, diagnosis and treatment in disseminated intravascular coagulation in children. Method: Collected 62 cases of this disease in the past fifteen years from 1991 to 2005 in our hospital, and analyzed these clinical data retrospectively. Result: As the original diseases were treated actively, the comprehensive treatment by using heparin etc. was applied, Except 9 cases had given up treatment, 37 of 53 cases treated (69.8%) were cured and 16 cases(30.6%) died. Conclusion: Early diagnosis by combining clinical manefestation and laboratory examinations,and the comprehensive treatment by using heparin as a major anticoagulant will raise the cure rate of DIC更多还原
