脉冲电场处理温度对Al-5.0%Cu合金熔体结构的影响

【摘要】 通过SETRAM热分析综合仪确定了EPM处理对Al-5.0%Cu合金熔体的响应温度区间,考察了脉冲电场处理温度对合金熔体结构的影响。结果表明,合金熔体在745℃附近存在结构变化,在此温度范围内施加电脉冲,孕育处理效果最明显。

【Abstract】 The temperature area treated by EPM of melting Al-5.0%Cu alloy was ascertained by SETRAM thermo-analysis synthesing equipment.The structure of melting alloy treated by different temperatures of EPM was studied and the effect on this structune was known.The result expatiated that the structural change occurred and existed at or near 745 ℃.The effect of EPM about 745 ℃ was the most distinct.
