【Abstract】 Traditional supervising system fails in its functions of supervision and direction. It focuses on a very narrow field and has obvious shortcomings in t he system itself. Measures should be taken to reform and renovate the system so that new forms of supervision can come into being which transforms the supervisi on functions, extends supervision scope, and improves the whole system. Without such efforts, it is not possible to improve the actual effect of supervision and to fulfill the functions of strengthening teaching, regulating teaching process , and improving teaching quality.更多还原
