【摘要】 目的:观察沐舒坦在体外循环术后治疗中的应用。方法:1025例心脏直视手术患者根据体外循环术后是否使用沐舒坦将其分为两组:治疗组565例和对照组460例。治疗组术后使用沐舒坦治疗;对照组术后未使用沐舒坦治疗。观察两组术后的早期肺功能,住院死亡率、肺部并发症发生率和平均住院时间情况。结果:治疗组拔除气管导管后3 d PaO2、PaCO2、PaO2/FiO2与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),治疗组肺部感染、肺不张发生率较对照组低(P均<0.05),治疗组平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沐舒坦可有效改善体外循环手术后早期肺功能,防治肺部并发症,对缩短住院时间、加速患者康复有一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of ambroxol used in the patiens after cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods:One thousand and twenty five patients after CPB were divide into two groups(ambroxol groups(A) and control groups(B)).The blood samples for blood gas analysis were taken on the 3th day.Outcome of patients in both groups including various pulmonary function indices and the currence rate of pulmonary complication were analyzed.Results:The pulmonary function indices of the patients in group A were improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ambroxol could improve pulmonary function and prevent pulmonary complication in patients after CPB.更多还原
