【摘要】 目的:观察缩宫素合中药八珍汤对药物流产后持续阴道出血的治疗效果。方法:将120例药流患者随机分为A(观察组)、B(对照组)两组,两组的常规处理相同:米非司酮、米索前列醇贯序服用,阴道出血后第2天肌注缩宫素10 U,Bid×3 d。A组在常规治疗基础上,于阴道出血后第2天开始加服中药八珍汤,1剂/d,连服5 d。结果:出血量大于月经量者:A组为13.56%,B组为35.09%;平均出血时间:A组为(9.5±2.5)d,B组为(12.5±3.5)d。上述两个指标比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药八珍汤合缩宫素能明显减少药流后阴道出血时间及出血量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe efficacy of Bazhen Tang on continuous colporrhagia after medical abortion.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients were divided into two groups: group A for observation and group B for control.The routine treatment in two group was totally the same.In group A the patients took Bazhen Tang on second day after colporrhagia once a day for 5 days,while in group B the treatment was the same except taking herbal medicine.Results:In group A only 13.56% of patients showed bleeding amount more than menstruation,while in group B 35.09% did more bleeding amount than menstruation.For mean bleeding time:group A was 9.5±2.5 days and group B was 12.5±3.5 days.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bazhen Tang can reduce the bleeding amount and short the bleeding time obviously.更多还原
