【摘要】 目的探讨《美国儿童焦虑症症状量表》在中国的适用性。方法对门诊入选的可疑为广泛性焦虑障碍的儿童《应用美国儿童焦虑症症状量表》进行评定,并根据《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》第3版做出临床诊断,比较《美国儿童焦虑症症状量表》的信度与效度。结果量表检查者的一致信度Kappa系数为0.74,重测信度Kappa系数为0.84,效度Kappa系数为0.77,P均<0.01。结论《美国儿童焦虑症症状量表》的信度与效度良好,可为临床诊治提供有效帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the applicability of the American Pediatric Diagnostic Rating Scale of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (APDRSGAD) in Chinese children. Methods Outpatient doubted children with Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD) were assessed with the APDRSGADclinical diagnoses made according to the CCMD-3,and reliability and validity of the APDRSGAD compared. Results Kappa coefficient of inter-rater reliability was 0.74,that of test-retest reliability 0.84 and that of validity 0.77, all P<0.01. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the APDRSGAD are good and can provide effective helps for clinical diagnoses.更多还原
