【摘要】 目的探讨万拉法新联合阿普唑仑治疗抑郁症伴焦虑症状的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例抑郁症伴焦虑症状患者随机分为两组各30例,研究组给予万拉法新联合阿普唑仑治疗,对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗。疗程均为6w。于治疗前及治疗第1、2、4、6w末采用汉密尔顿抑郁、焦虑量表、临床总体印象量表评定临床疗效,药物副反用量表评定不良反应。结果治疗第 1、2、4w末两组有显著或极显著性差异(P<0．05或P<0．01),6w末有显著性差异(P<0．05)。两组组内比较,治疗第1w有显著性差异(P<0．05),2、4、6w无显著性差异(P>0．05)。两组药物不良反应均较轻,且差异不显著。结论万拉法新联合阿普唑仑治疗抑郁症伴焦虑症状起效快、疗效好,不良反应轻微,安全性大,依从性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical effectiveness and safety of combination of venlafaxine and alprazolam in the treatment of depression concomitant with anxious symptoms. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into research group(n= 30, treated with venlafaxine combined with alprazolam) and control group(w=30, with paroxe-tine) for six weeks. Clinical effectiveness was assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) , Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA) , Clinical Global Impression(CGI) and adverse effects with Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) before treatment and at the ends of 1st,2nd,4th and 6th week treatment. Results There were significant and most significant difference at the ends of 1st,2nd and 4th week(P<0. 05 or 0. 01) and significant difference at the end of 6th week(P<0. 05) between 2 groups. Intra-group comparisons of both 2 groups showed that there was significant difference at the end of 1st week(P<0. 05) and no at the ends of 2nd, 4th and 6th week(P>0. 05) compared with pre-treatment. Adverse effects of both 2 groups were milder and had no significant difference. Conclusion Venlafaxine combined with alprazolam works fast and has better effectiveness, milder adverse effects, higher safety and better compliance in the treatment of depression concomitant with anxious symptoms.更多还原
