【摘要】 目的:评价微创经皮肾取石术治疗重复肾并发上尿路结石疗效。方法:回顾性分析2001年3月~2005年9月采用微创经皮肾取石术( Mini mally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy ,MPCNL)治疗16例重复肾并发上尿路结石患者的资料。结果:所有病例手术均成功。平均手术时间为82 min(38 ~180 min) ,平均估计出血量约75 ml ,平均住院8天。一期结石清除率81 .3 %(13/16) ,二期结石清除率93 .8 %(15/16)。术中、术后无大出血、无周围器官损伤等严重并发症发生。术后三个月肾积水均有不同程度的改善。结论:MPCNL治疗重复肾并发上尿路结石具有手术时间短、出血量少、结石清除率高以及可重复取石的特点,是一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the safety and feasibility of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) in treating upper urinary tract calculi in duplex kidney.Methods:We retrospectively investigated 16 patients with upper urinary tract calculi in duplex kidney, who were treated with MPCNL from May 2001 to Sep 2005.Results:All operation were successful and no major complications were noted in all patients. The average operation time was 82 minutes, the estimated blood loss was 75ml and the average hospitalization was 8 days. The stone free rate of MPCNL was 81.3% (13/16) at one-stage and 93.8% (15/16) at second-look.Conclusions:MPCNL is safe and effective in treating upper urinary tract calculi in duplex kidney, it may offer advantages with respect to less invasion and easy recovery.更多还原
