EAF—CSP流程铌微合金化管线钢的连铸工艺
Continuous casting process of Nb microalloyed pipeline steel
【摘要】 基于珠钢采用铌微合金化技术成功地开发了管线钢X52和X56的事实,结合CSP薄板坯连铸工艺特点,探索出一套适合含铌钢薄板坯连铸的浇注温度制度、结晶器保护渣、连铸拉速和结晶器热流密度匹配及二次冷却曲线等工艺控制技术。
【Abstract】 Based on the fact that ZIS succeed in manufacturing X52 and X56 pipeline steel by means of Nb Micro-alloying technology ,and combined with the technical characteristic of TSCR , a series of technology to control thin slab continuous casting process for Nb-bearing steel were investigated,such as the schedules of pouring temperature,mold casting powder,matching slab withdrawing rate and heat flux density,and the selection of secondary cooling curve etc.
