大方坯用四孔浸入式水口操作参数的优化

【摘要】 以现场大方坯连铸机结晶器为原型,采用1:1的比例建立起一套水模型研究系统,并结合数值模拟,进行了水模拟的实验研究与分析,得出了四孔浸入式水口的最优操作参数。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the bloom mould,a water model in the ratio of 1:1 has been established and according with the mathematical model, the study of water model has been established and the optimum operating parameters for four - hole SEN have been obtained in present study.
